Can you hold a place before I apply?
The longest we will hold a property is 14 days if a prospect pays earnest money and signs a lease. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, we only collect the security deposit and a full month’s rent if you move in on the first or prorated rent for anytime after the 1st. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants over the age of 18 must apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The security deposit is fully refundable provided the house is left in broom swept condition upon departure. We provide a checklist to all tenants at their move in so they know what to expect. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply online by going to…If you are applying with someone be sure to reference each other so we can review all applications as one. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay online through your tenant portal, drop off or mail your payment. If you drop off your payments be sure to reference your property address, name and make funds payable to ProEx Realty Management. If you mail it, address the envelope to ProEx Realty Management 4140 E Baseline Rd Suite 101 Mesa, AZ 85206. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First you will need to check with Management if the pet is allowed. If the pet is approved, you will need to Register your Pet. Once completed you will need to pay a non-refundable pet deposit of $250/pet and $25/month in pet rent (Max 2 pets). If your pet is an ESA you must still register but we will not collected a deposit or pet rent. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
First we will need to verify the roommate will be able to qualify on their own. If they do not, they will either need to move out or find another roommate who qualifies. If they qualify or find an approved roommate, an addendum will need to be signed by all parties removing you from the lease and acknowledging the security deposit will only be refunded to the remaining tenant(s). -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
According to our standard leases, you will need to submit a 60 calendar day notice. You will be provided with a notice to vacate at your move in or you can submit a request to vacate in your portal. We also provide you with a cleaning checklist. If you do everything on the checklist or use our vendors to do so, this will maximize your security deposit refund.
